Black Sand Basin is named for the black volcanic glass-obsidian that is in this area.
Cliff Geyser erupts every few minutes putting on an enjoyable show.
You then follow the boardwalk to Sunset Lake(2nd Picture) and Emerald Pool(3rd Picture).
Much of the spring water flows into the Iron Spring Creek.
