We passed through Golden Gate-a group of volcanic rock that was formed at the same time as the Obsidian Cliff but the temperature differences created very different rock types. You can see the angles at which the rock was pushed through the earth's crust.
The second photo is of Canary Springs. The last picture is of Orange Spring Mound, which was fascinating at all angles.
As you can see from the sky, there were storms around us----luckily we escaped the worst of it and only saw showers.
