We left Lincoln City in sunshine and ended up at Cape Foulweather in damp, cool clouds.
We turned onto The Otter Crest Loop, the old 101. It is now one way with good reason and it was hard to imagine a vehicle of any size ever traveled this section of road. We crossed this bridge, one of many ornate bridges on 101 and soon after saw this house on the bluff that looked like a Thomas Kinkade painting.
