August 29,
We left Lincoln City in sunshine and ended up at Cape Foulweather in damp, cool clouds. Along the ride, there were many beautiful views of the rocky shore. In Depoe Bay, I thought the eroded sandstone was particularly beautiful,
We turned onto The Otter Crest Loop, the old 101. It is now one way with good reason and it was hard to imagine a vehicle of any size ever traveled this section of road. We crossed this bridge, one of many ornate bridges on 101 and soon after saw this house on the bluff that looked like a Thomas Kinkade painting.
